1. A Digital Service
Numbizz is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. There are no physical goods, and nothing is shipped or couriered. This policy explains how the service is delivered to you electronically and how your account and paid plan are activated. It exists to meet the standard "shipping and delivery" requirement, adapted for a purely digital product.
2. Delivery Method & Timing
On signup
When you successfully sign up, your account and 1-month free trial are activated immediately, and a license key is emailed to you instantly so you can connect your Tally PC right away.
On subscription payment
When a subscription payment is completed successfully through Razorpay, your paid plan is activated immediately, typically within a few minutes. If a payment confirmation (webhook) from Razorpay is delayed, activation reconciles automatically once the confirmation is received, so you do not need to take any action.
Software downloads
The Numbizz Connector for Windows is downloaded by you from this website, and the Numbizz mobile app is downloaded from the relevant app store. These downloads are available to you as part of your account and do not involve any physical delivery.
3. Accessing the Service
After signup or payment, you access Numbizz as follows:
- Sign in to the mobile app or the admin dashboard at /admin/ using your account credentials.
- Install the Numbizz Connector on the Windows PC where your Tally runs, and enter your license key to link it to your account.
- Once the Connector syncs, your reports, parties, stock and other data appear in the app, and any paid features become available as soon as your plan is active.
4. Service Availability
Numbizz is built for and available to businesses operating in India. The service supports Tally Prime and Tally ERP 9 on Windows. As a cloud service, it can be accessed wherever you have an internet connection, but it is offered and supported for Indian businesses only.
5. Failed Activation
If your plan does not activate after a successful payment, please contact us at rajinternational1152@gmail.com with your account email and the Razorpay payment reference. We will verify the payment and resolve the activation promptly.
