Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

Every new account starts with a 1-month free trial with full features and no card required. Because no payment is taken during the trial, there is nothing to refund for trial users. The trial lets you connect your Tally, explore the reports, and confirm that Numbizz works for your business before you pay anything.

2. Cancellation

You are in control of your subscription and can cancel at any time from the App or the admin dashboard. There are two ways to cancel:

Cancel at end of period

This switches off auto-renewal. Your subscription will not renew when the current paid period ends, and you keep full access until that period expires. No further charges are made. This is the recommended option if you simply do not want to continue next year.

Cancel immediately

This ends your paid access right away and begins a short grace period during which your data is preserved before it is removed in line with our Privacy Policy. Immediate cancellation does not, by itself, create a right to a refund for the remaining period; refund eligibility is described below.

3. Refunds

Because Numbizz offers a full-featured 1-month free trial before any payment is taken, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a paid period has begun.

Goodwill refund window

As a matter of fairness, if you request a refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription payment, and you have not substantially used the paid service during that time, Raj International will consider a refund at its reasonable discretion. This goodwill window applies to your first paid subscription only.

Add-on purchases

Add-on purchases, such as the Extra Connector, are non-refundable once they have been applied to your account, because the additional capacity is made available to you immediately.

Duplicate or erroneous charges

If you are charged twice for the same subscription, or charged in error, the incorrect amount will be refunded in full once verified.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email rajinternational1152@gmail.com from or quoting your account email address, and include the Razorpay payment reference for the charge in question, along with a brief reason for the request.

  • We will acknowledge and respond to your request within 5 business days.
  • Where a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method through Razorpay, typically within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. GST Note

Listed prices are inclusive of 18% GST. Where a refund is approved, any GST already collected on the refunded amount will be adjusted in accordance with applicable Indian tax rules.
